Social Media Marketing & Content Creation

About Me
Curious mind. Creative connector. Driven by people, stories, and strategy.
I’m an upbeat, people-driven marketer who finds energy in creativity, collaboration, and bringing ideas to life. Whether I’m crafting social media content, designing campaigns, or planning events, I thrive when creativity meets strategy. I love working with a team, building relationships, and turning ideas into results. My curiosity and positivity push me to think strategically while staying flexible, and once I set my mind on something, I work tirelessly to see it through.

Traveling, including studying abroad in Rome, sparked my curiosity and inspired my love for exploring new perspectives. I’m drawn to the details—the tone of a brand’s message, the small moments that spark engagement, and the thoughtful touches that turn ideas into memorable experiences. I’m motivated by learning and finding new ways to drive outcomes, and I take satisfaction in seeing both ideas and people grow.
For me, marketing is about connection—connecting ideas, people, and stories in a way that inspires and leaves a lasting impact. This portfolio reflects both my work and the experiences that inspire it, and I’m always looking for opportunities to create, collaborate, and grow.

Internship Experience
MAY - PRESENT
Cambria Quartz Surfaces
As part of my internship at Cambria, I led a capstone project focused on unlocking Pinterest's potential as a key marketing channel. With 96% of searches on the platform starting unbranded, the goal was to position Cambria earlier in the customer journey as consumers plan kitchen, bath, and home remodels.
I conducted a full audit of Cambria’s paid and organic Pinterest presence, researched best-performing content trends, and developed a research-backed strategy to optimize board structure, pin design, and post copy. I also explored lead generation opportunities and examined how paid and organic efforts could better work together to drive results. Throughout the internship, I supported content creation across platforms by drafting post copy, capturing and editing short-form video, and contributing to stories ideation and production.
AUG - DEC 2024
Kinderplatz Fine Arts Preschool
As part of my capstone project for my minor at TCU, I’ve had the privilege of interning with Kinderplatz of Fine Arts under the mentorship of Executive Director Karen Bennett and teacher Alli Wilson. Each week, I work on projects aimed at enhancing the preschool's social media presence and advertising efforts to increase enrollment. From designing advertisements for their monthly spread in Fort Worth Lifestyle Magazine to photographing students in their classes for engaging social media content, I strive to showcase the creativity and charm of this fine arts-focused nonprofit. I also create folders, flyers, and handouts for incoming parents, helping to highlight Kinderplatz’s unique mission and programs.
AUG - NOV 2024
Roro Designs Jewlery
During my Fall 2024 semester, I worked as the social media and content creator intern for Roro Designs, a jewelry company founded by TCU alumni Kathleen Fraser and Amanda Peterson. My role included creating three reels and two Instagram posts weekly, assisting behind the scenes at photo and video shoots, and managing inventory as needed for new arrivals. This experience deepened my love and appreciation for the intricacies of photography, videography, and strategic branding. Working hands-on with a creative, growing business allowed me to develop a sharper eye for detail and a greater understanding of how content can bring a brand's vision to life.

Education
EXPECTED 2026 / MAY
Texas Christian University
As a Strategic Communications major with a minor in Arts Leadership and Entrepreneurship and an emphasis on digital design, I’ve found the perfect place to grow both personally and professionally. The amazing classes, inspiring professors, and endless opportunities have fueled my passion for the industry, while the friendships and experiences I’ve made here have truly shaped who I am. Fort Worth has become my home away from home, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to thrive and chase my goals.
SPRING 2025
American University of Rome
Studying abroad in Rome was one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience. I took a social media course where I built my personal brand, and in an integrated marketing class, my team pitched a full business plan from start to finish. Beyond the classroom, I spent my days exploring the city’s churches, monuments, and artwork through two immersive culture courses. Living in Rome challenged me to be more independent, curious, and present—and it continues to shape the way I see the world and approach creative work.
2023 / MAY
Minnetonka High School
Growing up in the Minnetonka School District was an unforgettable experience that taught me the value of relationships and new opportunities. Being on the dance team shaped my work ethic and teamwork skills, while also creating bonds that went far beyond the studio. Sharing these years with my twin sister and supportive family made it even more special, as we encouraged each other to grow and embrace challenges. These experiences continue to inspire my passion for building connections and thriving in collaborative environments.
